Modern and Classic Interiors provide a fully comprehensive Interior Design Service for luxury residential and contract projects. Designs are developed through working closely with clients and understanding what they are looking to achieve. Styles, function and comfort are all considered in detail for every design. In order to make each client feel comfortable with the way we work, fee structures and the design process are explained in detail in an initial meeting. During this time we will gain an understanding of what the project entails and use this as a starting point. A complete service also includes procurement of all items required to realise the design (furniture, window treatments etc).
Design concepts are formed from discussions with the clients and from inspiration from international furniture shows, which are visited regularly to source new products and provide inspiration.
Projects are undertaken from many points during or after a build. This can vary from finalising architects plan through to architectural details, lighting and furniture positioning, product sourcing and the finishing touches of accessories.
